At Monika Stone Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and unused. This includes products that have not been opened, used, or damaged.

  • Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at conciergesupport@monikastoneskin.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. This number must be included in the return package.

  3. Return Shipping: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and send it to the address provided in your Return Authorization instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at conciergesupport@monikastoneskin.com to arrange the exchange. Items must meet the eligibility criteria for returns.

Exceptions

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items purchased through promotional events or clearance sales are non-returnable.
