Cancellation Policy

At Monika Stone Skin, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

New Clients

  • A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule the Monika Stone Skin 30 minute consultation or Starter Treatment.
  • The deposit for The Monika Stone Skin Starter Treatment will go toward the total cost of the 2-hour service.
  • Customers who schedule their 30 minute consultation will receive 10% off their initial treatment or first in-store product purchase.
  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
  • Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit.

Returning Clients

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes made within 48-24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.

Repeat Cancellations Policy

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule last-minute (three or more times within a six-month period) may be required to:

  • Prepay in full for future appointments, which will be non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled late.
  • Be restricted from booking future appointments at Monika Stone Skin at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment, but the full treatment fee will still apply.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation, resulting in the corresponding fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • All cancellations and rescheduling must be done by calling or texting our office directly at (650) 462-0602.
  • You may also email us at monikastoneskin@gmail.com, but only if it is 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation or response within 24 hours of sending your email, please follow up by calling or texting as previously stated.

Emergency Consideration

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at Monika Stone Skin’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Payment & No-Show Policy

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
  • If a cancellation fee applies, your card on file will be charged accordingly.
  • No-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

Policy Updates or Changes

  • Monika Stone Skin reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or at the time of their next appointment.

Acknowledgment

  • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Monika Stone Skin Cancellation Policy.
