  • A customized facial to refresh, balance, and reveal your skin’s natural glow while assessing how your skin responds to treatment.

Yes! We offer discounts on facial services when purchased in a series of 6 or 12 treatments (10-15% off). This is a great way to maintain consistent care and achieve long-term results. Ask about our discounted packages during your consultation.

We use only professional-grade skincare products that are carefully selected for their efficacy. These products are suited for a variety of skin types and concerns. If you're interested in any specific products we use, ask your esthetician during your consultation.

Yes! We offer a 15-minute Zoom or phone consultation for clients interested in purchasing our skincare products online. Please click the "CONCIERGE" link on our online menu for more details, and booking.

For treatments, however, we prefer an in-person approach. We offer a 30 minute in-person consultations to better assess your needs and provide a personalized skincare plan. This is a vital step for all first time clients!

We offer both in-office and virtual skincare consultations to help you achieve your skincare goals.

Our in-office consultation is a 30-minute, in-depth evaluation designed to create a personalized treatment regimen. As a bonus, we offer a 10% discount on your first product purchase or treatment after your initial consultation.

Our virtual consultation is a complimentary 15-minute video call focused on recommending the best online products for your needs.

During either consultation, you and your esthetician will discuss your skin concerns, lifestyle, current skincare routine, and goals. Afterward, you’ll receive a customized skincare plan with product and/or treatment recommendations tailored specifically to you.

A balanced skincare routine typically includes these 5 steps:

  1. Cleanse – Removes dirt, oil, and impurities.
  2. Correct – Target specific skin concerns with serums or treatments.
  3. Prevent – Protect your skin with antioxidants and sun protection.
  4. Replenish – Hydrate and nourish your skin with moisturizers.
  5. Exfoliate (optional) – Removes dead skin cells for smoother skin.

Apply products from thinnest to thickest consistency:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If you’re unsure about a product, we recommend scheduling a Consultation with one of our estheticians.

We include samples with all online orders based on availability. You may also leave a note with your order for a specific sample, and if it's in stock, we’ll do our best to include it with your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot send samples without a purchase.

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped. If your order is already on its way, contact us for return assistance. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Orders placed by 12 PM PST will ship the same day, Monday through Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
